1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlmmmcom ("jlmmmcom," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlmmmcom.one ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jlmmmcom or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jlmmmcom or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.

jlmmmcom reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the jlmmmcom Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlmmmcom reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jlmmmcom immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

jlmmmcom will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with this clause.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations under applicable Philippine regulations, jlmmmcom may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to, a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jlmmmcom Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlmmmcom accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your jlmmmcom account upon confirmation of receipt of cleared funds. jlmmmcom does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit, where technically feasible.
• jlmmmcom reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within five (5) minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically clear within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• jlmmmcom does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

jlmmmcom reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jlmmmcom may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. jlmmmcom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

jlmmmcom reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or the exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlmmmcom Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or system.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlmmmcom staff or other Players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlmmmcom Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of jlmmmcom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jlmmmcom. Any unauthorised use of jlmmmcom's intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlmmmcom, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jlmmmcom's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlmmmcom account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlmmmcom makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

jlmmmcom collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlmmmcom implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jlmmmcom cannot guarantee absolute security.

jlmmmcom may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

10. Responsible Gaming

jlmmmcom is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tool, which will prevent you from accessing the Platform for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

jlmmmcom strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. 11. Account Suspension and Termination

jlmmmcom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, jlmmmcom reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending investigations and applicable regulatory requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlmmmcom Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting jlmmmcom's customer support team. jlmmmcom will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jlmmmcom reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
